• Began first partnership in 2020, with the goal of designing AAV capsids for gene delivery to the liver and central nervous system (CNS).
• Following early success of their initial partnership, in October 2024 Dyno and Roche agreed to a new and expanded CNS partnership with Dyno receiving a US$50 million upfront payment.

In early 2025, Roche exercised their license to develop a neurological gene therapy using a Dyno capsid, successfully completing the initial partnership.

• Began partnership in 2020, with the goal of designing next-generation Adeno-Associated Virus (AAV) vectors for muscle diseases.
• Dyno could receive over $40 million in upfront, option and license payments during the research phase of the collaboration, along with additional milestone payments and royalties on any commercial products developed through the collaboration.

• Began partnership in 2021 with the goal of developing next-generation AAV gene therapy vectors for skeletal and cardiac muscle.
• Dyno received $18 million upfront and is eligible for milestone and royalty payments potentially exceeding $1.6 billion.

• Began partnership in 2020 with the goal of designing next-generation AAV gene therapy vectors for ocular diseases.
• Dyno developed improved capsids prior to partnership completion in 2024.

• Began collaboration in 2024 with the goal of leveraging Dyno’s AI technology and NVIDIA’s BioNeMo drug design platform to help advance biological sequence design.
• Collaborated on the 2024 open source release of the BioNeMo Framework.
• Now collaborating to train foundation-scale models for designing biologic and genetic medicines.
